We’re looking for a Product Designer who is genuinely excited about (and capable of) collaborating with an amazing team, helping to refine and grow an exceptional product, and who is comfortable using creative and innovative thinking to get us there. There is no other software like this, so it’s constantly evolving - and we’re looking for someone who is really excited to be part of something new.

Your Day-to-day

‍

• Designing simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight and drive productive outcomes for our users, as well as our company

• Working as part of a cross-functional product team to discover and deliver feasible, viable and desirable product solutions

• Endlessly testing! From napkin sketches to wireframes, to low fidelity comps, to sophisticated interactive prototypes; user research and testing drives our approach

• Working with developers to help maintain a collaborative design system
  

• Helping to maintain visual and brand consistency across all products

• Expertly maintaining the design system library to keep our components organized and efficient

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  

• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, remote work environment (currently due to Covid-19) including the ability to be a self starter, available on Slack, regularly sync up with your peers and the larger company team

• A positive, can-do attitude that helps motivate and encourage

• Highly motivated with an ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

• Someone who takes pride in their work and will take full ownership of their projects, beginning to end

• Ability to shift between a creative and technical focus depending on project needs

• Able to work with minimal supervision

• Strong foundations in design theory, as well as a keen sense of current design trends Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in fast-paced creative environments, creating engaging experiences for mass consumption on a global scale

• A stunning portfolio of immersive and functional experiences, demonstrating an understanding of user experience and thoughtful interactions across a variety of modern platforms/devices

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

• Experience performing UX research and incorporating UX methodologies into the design process

• Experience within an Agile delivery team to iteratively plan and develop products

• Good understanding of strategy and the ability to articulate the ‘why’, ‘when’, and ‘how’ of a project to clients

• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD; Figma preferred

• HTML, CSS, Java knowledge/experience is an asset
